Topic: Xanthorrheoa - Australian Grass Trees

Materials:

• Quarter sheet hot or cold pressed watercolour paper
• Watercolours (these are the main ones but just bring what you have):
  • Viridian
  • Alizarin, magenta or opera pink
  • Greens
  • Blue and yellow to make Aussie greens
  • Raw sienna
  • Burnt umber
• Black Fine pens
• Black Indian Ink
• Sepia Acrylic Ink (if you have it)
• Nib pen for dipping into ink
• Round brush that comes to a point size 10 or 12
• Rigger brush
• Skewer
• Masking fluid
• Hair dryer
